Hi! I'm Jennifer. I am, first and foremost, a people advocate. I believe in the importance of having conversations with people and observing them to find solutions that improve their lives. I'm passionate about what I do and I'm strategic and detail-oriented with my design solutions.

I apply my design processes in everyday life as well. I'm always in learning, observing and applying mode because I'm always picking up new hobbies. In the past few years, some of the stuff I've taught myself include leather crafting, metal clay silversmithing and sewing. And I have more to learn!
